Siembra provides automation and collaboration tools for the counselor, a large database of students for the college recruiter, and a mobile application for the high school student. The counselor can stay in continuous contact with their students individually or as groups, forward key documents for review or sign-off, while receiving watch lists on students who are falling behind. University Recruiters can know which students to recruit prior to first contact and target recruiting towards high value students. The student stays connected with their counselor, receives alerts on their progress against goals, and receives access to more college choices.
