Sidework takes restaurants' training assets and packages them into an easy-to-use web app. Restaurants give new employees a login to Sidework instead of handing them an outdated 50-page training packet.

The result is a reduction in the cost of training and increased consistency across the operation. Management can put more time into managing their operation while having visibility of employees' progression through Sidework. They pay on a monthly basis to have access to the system and will use this as a hub for restaurant information.
