Even, if we do only 700 daily bookings, we Capture only 0.15% Market Share and generate a Gross Billing of INR 250 Crores (1st year US $3.5M), INR 850 Crores (2nd Year - US$ 12M) & INR 3100 Crores (3rd Year US $437) - Pure VOLUME Game and Profitable with innovative products like Upsell (Flexible Dates, Zero Cancellation etc), Cross Sell (Cabs, Forex, Sim Cards, etc) and Repeat Business (Loyalty, Cash Back Schemes etc).

We are already doing 75 daily bookings and generating Gross Billing for 15 Crores (US $2.1 M annually with 31K+ Travelers(B2C) and 2.5K+ Travel Agents(B2B). We would like to invest in technology and supply side to serve more travelers and travel agents to scale this system.
