Shroomeats is the new mushroom-base meat alternative that is the new protein foundation of every dish, from home kitchens to restaurant kitchens. It is made of only 5 ingredients, meaty, and adapt to any flavors.
Shroomeats products were started in my own kitchen in Thailand where I've been cooking for my vegetarian mother for the past 10 years. It started with me discovering the magic of shiitake mushroom flavors and texture that we used to replace meat.The idea became a bigger when I turned it into the American comfort food products and took it to production with the help and support of my partners. We care about our backyard and the next generations and we're seeking for solutions to keep the food culture fun but more sustainable by moving to the right direction after being successfully launched, now 10 retail locations in LA and getting started with a World leading restaurant distribution. This is just a beginning of making Meat Alternative even more delicious and sustainable.
