Culture and benefits at Shorthand

Culture overview

We're creating a place where a group of extraordinary people – a band of geeks with art and heart – can do their life's best work, achieve a sense of fulfilment while they're doing it, and ultimately help our customers to move mountains. Each member of our team, and our team as a whole, is guided by the following principals in everything we do: - Simplify - Create impact - Make magic - Polish - Live a little - Embrace individuality and ownership - Be a team player - Exercise judgement and intuition - Think - Remain youthful of mind and spirit These are just words on a page. So when we welcome a new person into our team, we provide context and examples around each of these principals or behaviours to help orient the new member to our way of doing things.
