Shoop! is an award winning startup. While we can boast about our flat organization, easy-going and friendly team mates, and flexibility, it may be the same with other early stage startups. Different from many other early stage startups, your contribution will make a difference here since it will be a small passionate team covering each other's backs. And we can afford to pay standard Jakarta salary and still be safe for another year without fundraising. This is because though we had just started, we already have valuable income stream. Other things makes us different is that we've been here for quite a while. We know Indonesia, e-commerce, and especially it's digital side of things. We have passionate programmers that is focusing on the team and their own skill growth. And more importantly, we have work culture tends to be liked only by programmers that really want to prove their mettle. We are VERY passionate about our developer community, we started a training program for developers in our off time. We also help take care of digital/startup community back in Surabaya (where we come from) since 2008, because we LOVE digital and help other developer strive and succeed.
