We have patents pending in USA and Canada, first mover advantage and 4 years of proven results.

Our system inherently changes the way the boilers are being controlled, saving 30% gas on average. Very few companies make 'smart' boiler controllers, all of which cost $20K-$50K making them completely unaffordable to most buildings. In comparison at $3K installation + $200/month (SaaS/HaaS model) SHM is affordable to all - they pay us out of their savings, while we make money and help the environment: win-win-win.
