Our guiding force in everything we do, is to "love people".
This goes for our agents, our buyers, and our sellers.
A few things we're working on:
- Helping buyers and sellers have more options to meet their specific needs (eg for sellers: sell as-is fast, sell traditionally, or partner with us to flip your home and make even more // eg for buyers: we can help you fix up your home before you move in and have a home satisfaction guarantee)
- Improve agent satisfaction (agents have equity, good splits, and lots of included tech/services)
- Build out tech to help buyers/sellers/agents
Shine's model is to have 3-5 experienced agents in each market, supported by 1 or 2 admins; these agents will be loaded with all of our tech offerings and programs so they can offer our clients the absolute best service.
Our plan is to 1) prove/perfect our model here in Sacramento over the next few years, 2) raise funding, then 3) expand down the CA coast.
