Sherlock is a product engagement scoring application - the first of its kind - designed to help SaaS businesses get a unique view of their business through the lens of product engagement.
Product engagement is the lifeblood of any SaaS business, but until now, it has been a very difficult thing to get a proper hold of. WIth Sherlock, SaaS businesses can easily understand the engagement level of their users, accounts, segments, and product AND use that data to driving actions across their sales, CS, and product teams.
In the future, we believe that every SaaS business will have product engagement scoring as a central KPI that drives a significant portion of their operations.
