Protocol as a platform that creates two sided network of collateral assets holders as sellers and existing online merchant webpages as intermediaries. Platform allows to conduct multi merchant bidding.

Inventory supply is provided through our application or type of “franchised listing capability” given to special merchants. While listing functionality is permissioned for (Banks, governments, dealerships), plug in from the merchant side as intermediary is barrier less, providing free access to multiple asset types, that can be re-marketed and auctioned in sync.

Shelf as a platform is dividing inventory distribution and their re-marketing in the industry, that is currently a uni process on centralised merchant portals. Protocol approach has a unique capability to bring competition among the re-marketing agents and complete neutrality in terms of distribution.

Plus as a platform is offering payment management (deposits, commissions) between counterparts, allowing global cooperation.
