Shareable Assets careers

At Shareable assets we are in the process of building an Asset Crowdfunding and Tokenization Platform.

The Platform seeks to provide simple, transparent and accessible fundraising solutions for Asset Owners dealing with lack of large capital, resources and support; global restrictions limiting foreign investments; and loan procurement processes which can be tedious, time-consuming and expensive.

The Platform would facilitate and assist Asset Owners to issue tokens which would be offered to the Investors participating in the Asset Owner's projects. The tokens issued by the Asset Owners would be a representation of the interest of the Investor in the Asset Owner's underlying asset. The underlying assets will be tangible assets, e.g. real property, equipment and/or vehicles.

The Asset Owners may determine whether their project would be a equity based securities or debt-based offering.
