SetuMesh careers

SetuMesh is an early-stage, builder-first startup initiative focused on creating practical technology solutions for real-world problems. We operate in a pre-incorporation, bootstrapped environment, prioritizing thoughtful execution, usability, and long-term impact over speed or hype.

Our work is currently centered around two product directions.

The first is a QR-based menu and ordering system designed specifically for small to mid-sized cafés, restaurants, and hotels. Many hospitality businesses face challenges with expensive POS systems, complex onboarding, and rigid software that does not align with their daily operations. Our goal is to build a simple, affordable, and easy-to-deploy solution that allows customers to access menus and place orders seamlessly using their own devices. The focus is on reducing operational friction while keeping the system intuitive for both customers and staff.

The second initiative is a decentralized, proximity-based chat application. This product explores peer-to-peer communication without reliance on centralized servers, with use cases such as local community interactions, privacy-first messaging, and communication in low or no-internet environments. This initiative is currently in the research and experimentation phase, where we are validating technical feasibility and real-world demand.

SetuMesh follows a disciplined, builder-led approach: identifying real problems, validating them through small experiments, and developing focused MVPs before scaling. We believe meaningful products are built through ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning.

SetuMesh is for people who enjoy building from zero, are comfortable with ambiguity, and value long-term thinking over short-term outcomes. We are intentionally starting small, learning fast, and growing with purpose.
