It unifies staff and vendors on common service platform, automates paper processes, integrates resident feedback and enables vendor community with fast invoicing for services rendered.

ServusConnect was founded to transform the $50-Billion-per-year Apartment Maintenance market. Over 110 Million Americans (35% of the US population) live in rented housing, where someone else is responsible for repairs and maintenance. Most of these apartment operators use brute-force, paper-based service coordination processes for distributing resident maintenance and repair requests to the 1.5 million technicians and vendors who perform the work.

ServusConnect is delivered as mobile responsive, cloud-based web platform and as a native iOS mobile app optimized for Apple iPhone/iPad and is targeting apartment owner/operators who manage portfolios of over 2,500-units.
