We provide a service for finding and purchasing shares in a second home. We form an LLC for each home, vet both the prospective co-owners and the property itself, and manage the home from that point onwards. Buyers can schedule their dates within the scheduling policy, pay their bills, contact their property manager, and eventually request to sell their shares at the price they set through our app.
