• Work closely with the Head of Product to translate product strategy and priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Own, maintain, and continuously prioritize the product backlog.

• Research and identify potential customers that could benefit from Sent's messaging infrastructure.
• Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers, including founders, product leaders, engineering leaders, and other potential buyers.

• Own Sent's financial model end-to-end: revenue, headcount, expenses, and cash flow - keeping it current, credible, and actually used
• Drive planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range scenario planning

• Run live product demos and technical deep-dives for developer and product audiences
• Build proof-of-concept integrations during or between prospect calls - you're comfortable spinning up a working example to unblock a deal

• Use the Sent API to build real things - side projects, creative integrations, technical examples - and turn those builds into content that earns attention
• Run a high-velocity experiment cadence across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and other channels: form a hypothesis, ship something, read what happened, and iterate

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Build and maintain integrations with the WhatsApp Business Platform (WABA), WhatsApp Cloud API, and related Meta APIs.

Sent is building the messaging infrastructure that powers how businesses communicate with their customers. We provide a unified API for SMS, WhatsApp, iMessage, and RCS, making it simple for developers to reach people on any channel.

• Identify and prioritize partnerships across developer tools, CRMs, marketing platforms, and marketplaces based on revenue potential and integration value
• Structure partnership agreements - co-sell, referral, integration, and reseller models

• Run a structured growth experimentation cadence: form hypotheses, ship tests across landing pages, onboarding, pricing, and paid creative, read the results honestly, and double down on what wins
• Own the self-serve activation funnel end to end: signup → first API call → first production send. Instrument it, find where developers drop off, and write the experiments that fix it

• Identify and engage with companies building messaging infrastructure
• Run cold and warm outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, local events and developer communities

• Publish technical content on a regular cadence: tutorials, comparison posts, deep dives, working demos, sample apps
• Maintain a strong personal presence on X, YouTube, Linkedin, other dev media channels, building an audience of developers who care about messaging infrastructure

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close.
• Build your own pipeline. Outbound, inbound, events, referrals, creative plays - whatever works, you'll find it and run it.
