Sensorum Health builds and deploys a fully passive remote patient monitoring sensor network into the homes of seniors who are at high-risk for hospitalization. We use Artificial Intelligence to identify deviations daily routine and chronic symptoms that correspond with increased hospitalization risk days before a trip to the emergency room.
