We started doing that by launching amazing spaces - hostels - in different locations in Latin America, and in the last 12 months we have grown from being 60 employees to more than 450, from 3 hostels to 12, and creating co working spaces, a hospitality academy, volunteering program, tours packages, and many other products. We are opening 100 hostels in the next 4 years in the best spots, not only in Latin America, but also in Europe and Asia, which will make us the biggest chain of this category in the world. And it's already happening! We need the best Tech talents to develop and implement the most innovative products to improve our customers experience, create an unique community of travelers and bring impactful projects that will make our spaces even more unique and attractive.
