Our main offering are retreats.
Our retreats are a magical experience of around 4 days that inspire to connect in a deeper way with ourselves. Disconnecting from the stressful world. Listening the voice of our heart. Always in beautiful places surrounded by the magic and energy of nature (the sea, or the majestic mountains). We create heart-opening encounters to treat our body, mind and soul through activities such as meditation, yoga practices, coaching and journaling sessions, breathwork, ancestral medicine ceremonies, delicious food and free time to relax and create new friendships.


Besides that we are offering 1:1 coaching (based on NLP), guided meditations, journaling courses (in the building right now) and online/offline workshops, e.g. cacao ceremonies, heart-opening evening circles with meditation and singing circle.
