SeeYouNow careers

The SeeYouNow platform has been developed in partnership with doctors and nurses working in palliative and chronic care. It aims to provide a communication channel between patients and clinicians and between clinicians:

-Simple patient or care giver completed symptom assessment is shared with clinician team.

-Symptoms are tracked to show important trends - reducing emergency trips.

-Trust is built with patient through two way communication.
