Cameras, LiDAR and other perception sensors on cars and trucks are like eyes for a modern car. Occluded sensors can’t take in the data necessary to run the automated driving systems in today’s cars. This is a $50 Billion problem that must be solved before the $7 Trillion autonomous transportation market can scale.
