• Travel to customer sites to gather solution design data, spot automation opportunities, and build relationships

• Research, design, develop, and maintain a high-performance navigation stack in production-grade C++
• Guide the team in developing reusable, modular code blocks that can be easily composed to solve complex industrial material handling tasks

• Serve as primary Supplier Quality contact to support new product introductions, and daily operations by working closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering to resolve all supplier quality related issues.

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for Seegrid's AMR vehicle hardware, on-board application software, and accessories
• Identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones through customer research, competitive analysis, technology trends, and ongoing performance monitoring of our live fleet

• Define and own the multi-year product roadmap aligned with company strategy and market opportunity
• Define and track metrics that will drive product innovation and ensure the operational health, reliability, and value of our material handling solutions
