Many of our ideals about how a workplace should function came from our own personal frustration of working for some highly political companies or indeed mega conglomerates that ignored the one person that counts – you ! So, we set out to ensure that each employee has fun at their job, is challenged with opportunities, has freedom, can make decisions and enjoys more responsibility then they ever would working for someone else in some cubicle.
