Script3 careers

Script3 is an ecosystem-agnostic DeFi protocol shop. We were founded with two core tenants:

1. The modular and interoperable nature of DeFi means the number of opportunities in the space grows exponentially.
2. DeFi protocols should not be run like startups. They should be created by a core team then run by their communities using effective governance and incentive systems.

We analyze blockchain ecosystems to find opportunities for new protocols. We then build the protocol end-to-end, bootstrap the community/DAO, and grow the product. Throughout this process, we operate as much as possible in the open and include ecosystem stakeholders at every step. After the protocol no longer requires our heavy involvement, we move on to the next opportunity. Our goal is to complete this process in 6 months.

Currently, we're working on YieldBlox, a decentralized money market protocol built on the Stellar Blockchain using Stellar Turrets. The protocol has functions for lending, borrowing, margin accounts, FX forwards, and staking. It's primarily focused on improving capital efficiency and non-custodial fintech platform offerings and revenue model in the Stellar Ecosystem.
