Why a collective?
With the current urgency to act for the climate and for more social equity, we need to unify and leverage collective intelligence instead of self expertise only.
Because our world is changing really fast, we need organizations that can adapt quickly to those changes, the SCOBYs change their shapes based on needs and not based on ego or quest for power.
