• Ability to learn and understand Light and Wonder suite of Gaming Systems Products with focus on Light and Wonder's Casino Systems Data Analytics product.
• Ability to understand complex information about the features and functions of Light and Wonder Casino Systems products and then develop and deliver related training curriculum to ensure clients are able understand, effectively use, and gain expected value and benefit from our suite of product solutions.

• Build new products, prototypes, integrations, and production capabilities tied to strategic business opportunities.
• Work inside existing legacy codebases while improving testability, interfaces, observability, automation, and maintainability.

• Design, build, and operate reliable data pipelines that move lottery data from operational systems into warehouse and analytics environments.
• Improve ingestion, transformation, modeling, orchestration, observability, data quality, lineage, and access patterns.

• Create documentation (drawings, specifications, ECOs) for electro-mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Lead designer of parts and assemblies.

• Define and drive architectural strategy supporting the migration from legacy game technology stacks to the Carbon platform.
• Establish enterprise-wide engineering standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices across multiple studios and business units.

• Architect and maintain the team's Azure landing zone, ensuring secure, private-network deployments inside the enterprise data boundary
• Design and operate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for .NET agent workflows and supporting services via Azure DevOps

• Architect and deliver production-grade agent workflows end-to-end, spanning conversational UI, orchestration logic, and tool integrations
• Build intuitive, embedded agent interfaces using AG-UI and CopilotKit to deliver a refined product experience

• Stand up L&W's centralized data hub, including infrastructure, master data management, governance, data engineering, analytics engineering, and data science capability.
• Define and operate the hub-and-spoke operating model that pairs centralized standards with embedded data partnership across business units and functions.

• Production Support: Provide Tier 1 and 2 production support for real-time transaction processing platforms, troubleshooting issues, managing system health, and coordinating with Tier 3 Support, development and QA teams for resolution. Support onsite during a 24x7 on call rotation to Scientific Games Lottery and Interactive based production systems. New system implementation including builds, system performance analysis, and integration testing. Provide onsite support during system implementations and system overhauls.
