Scientific Botanical Leasing owns the 4th largest commercial cultivation facility in Phoenix, Arizona, "Deer Valley Facility". All permits and approvals are in place. The facility includes proprietary facility management software developed by the Company.

The Company has executed a 10 year lease with a state licensed dispensary tenant. Projected NOI = $4 million.

$5 million out of $6.5 million (77%) has been raised to date. The Company is seeking an additional $1.5 million to complete the project.

The Series 2015B secured convertible notes (mezzanine behind 43% first mortgage) offer:

1 year term, 12.75% or

2-1/2 year term, 18%.

Conversion option for 2-1/2 term Notes of $100,000 or more.

Minimum investment is $25,000
