We sit in a shared channel within a company's slack and help their team do 2 things:

1. Augment their team with coverage shortages from transitions, one time projects, remote offices, etc.

2. Outsourced remote helpdesk. The world is going remote and there is no reason their IT helpdesk should be onsite.

On the back-end, we maintain a network of contractors who can be matched to roles with our clients and an automated bot to track usage and hours.
