Most of the people do not know what they are going through so we are going to help people in diagnosing the problems. People do not know which type of professional to take therapy from or which professional is best suited for their problems so we are going to help them choose a mental health professional best suited according to their problem and then they can take one on one therapy sessions with that professional. So it will become easier for the users to take therapy sessions and they don’t have to go anywhere searching for help. We are also providing a 15min free consultation for people to know about what all things will be provided during therapy and why therapy is beneficial for your over health. For people facing mild to moderate problems, we have different self care tools and guided meditations to help them get through difficult phases. These self care tools are based on mindfulness techniques. Post therapy sessions, we are going to track a user’s progress which is something we found out no one is doing. We are building an AI model, an emotionally intelligent conversational bot which could act as a stress reliever and people could use it and chat with it 24*7. It will give users solutions according to their stress related problems. We are going to use CBT as an underlying technique for symptom checking, analyzing and giving solutions. This could reduce the cost of mental healthcare and make it easily accessible for everyone.
