• Manages projects for finance system projects including business requirements, schedules, budgeting, team direction and reporting project status to steering committees.
• Implements system changes ensuring General Accepted Accounting Principles are met including analyzing alternatives, evaluating designs, testing, documentation, training, implementation and on-going support.

• Accountable for maintaining and growing SaskTel business products and services revenues, customer base and market share.
• Seeks out, qualifies and acts on market/customer business solution opportunities. Actively works to understand customer business requirement motivators and partners with Account Executives/Strategic Account Managers to close sales.

• Lead and build the Financial Planning & Departmental Relationship team, ensuring that Finance is a proactive partner in SaskTel's business success. Contributes to optimum team performance by providing leadership and creating an environment encouraging motivation to achieve business goals and performance targets, providing for development of employees, fostering teamwork and providing recognition and feedback.

• Accountable for maintaining and growing SaskTel ICT and/or digital media revenues, customer base and market share.
• Seek out, qualify and act on market/customer ICT and/or digital media opportunities. Actively work to understand customer business requirements, motivators and close sales.

• Accountable for providing business and technical leadership for all aspects of business product lifecycle including new service opportunity identification, service development, product management, take to-market direction, sales support, roadmap and portfolio management, and partner and channel management.

• Performs program design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, configuration, and support for computer based systems. These tasks are applicable to new systems development, system enhancement and external software packages.
