Samagra | Transforming Governance careers

Samagra is currently working in 4 states on 8 engagements cutting across 5 sectors and technology has been a key enabler across each of these projects. Today, state governments in India are looking to move forward from governance based on MIS implementations to adding a GIS dimension (g-governance) and to making decisions in real-time. The biggest enabler for this change is technology and data.

Towards this effort, we embarked on a journey to engineer solutions using existing OpenSource technology. Though this process we have deployed 7 products across 3 projects in 3 states. Within a month we have over 7,000 users of our mobile applications with over 11,000 form submissions. Over the next month we expect the user reach of these mobile application to be over 10,000 with over 30 forms and over 100,000 form submissions.
