People at Sahova Labs

We're obsessed with understanding problems at their root before building solutions. AI isn't the product—it's simply the best tool for solving real problems when it makes sense. We spend more time talking to customers than debating internally, and we care deeply about building software that's simple enough for anyone to use. As a small team, everyone has ownership. You'll work directly with customers, ship code that reaches production quickly, and help shape both the product and the company. We value curiosity, craftsmanship, and people who aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. If something can be made simpler, we'll keep pushing until it is.
