SaaSMAX is the undisputed distributor for the Business Cloud Software Sector (“SaaS”), pro-actively matching SaaS Vendors with Resellers to drive "Main Street" sales.  SaaSMAX is to IT/Software Distributors what Netflix is to Blockbuster, what Amazon.com is to Barnes & Noble, what iTunes is to Tower Records.  SaaSMAX is filling a large pain point for SaaS Vendors and Resellers that no one else is currently doing.

Launched commercially in Q3 2013, SaaSMAX is already generating revenue,  providing hundreds of introductions monthly between SaaS Vendors and Resellers that lead to deals.  SaaSMAX has already contracted with more than 170 SaaS vendors, ranging in type and size and include Citrix (GoToWebinar), AVG, Clio, Expensify, Net2Phone, etc. SaaSMAX interacts weekly with over 20,000 resellers.  With a fast growing catalog and demonstrable traction, we now seek funding to complete our platform roadmap, which will increase traction and revenues for SaaS Vendors, Resellers & SaaSMAX.
