Saagara provides a suite of health and wellness applications designed for the most widely used devices around the world – mobile phones. Saagara’s health applications have been downloaded over 3 million times and are used to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, alleviate insomnia, migraines and back pain, and even post-traumatic stress disorder.

Saagara's newest products target both corporations and consumers:

1) Corporate
Saagara's Corporate Stress Management Program will include (1) apps given to all employees to use on their personal and work devices, (2) a custom exercise plan and (3) analytics for a health rewards program.

2) Consumer
Saagara created a synchronized activity platform. Once it has been embedded into Saagara's apps, users will be able to create [breathing / exercise / meditation] events and join events with other people.
