We are building a delivery logistic hub to help pharmacies find the most optimal delivery method for prescriptions, while meeting both state and federal regulations. Think of us as the “Flexport/Drizly for pharmacy”. Not every prescription is created equal. Some are worth tens of thousands of dollars, some may require special handling, and others may be highly regulated. There is no single delivery method (postal or same-day courier) that can meet all the requirements while optimizing for cost.

We started by building our own highly vetted and trained courier fleet to help pharmacies with same day prescriptions delivery. To help facilitate this effort, we have built a pharmacy web portal for our pharmacy customers to schedule pickups and manage deliveries. We are also actively working to integrate our platform with pharmacy management software vendors to provide a seamless in-workflow solution for our pharmacy customers. In addition, we are adding other same-day local courier providers to our network to help serve markets where we don’t have our own fleet. The future state of the platform will be a fully integrated smart engine that helps automate and manage pharmacy delivery logistics, whether it is via postal mail (FedEx/UPS/USPS) or on-demand (Doordash/Uber/local medical courrier), taking into account pharmaceutical, patient and pharmacy cost requirements. Thus, giving pharmacists more time to take care of their patients.
