Rutopía is a social enterprise based in Mexico City with the mission of creating sustainable opportunities for people living in indigenous villages through tourism. We are an early stage company looking for talented people to join us to make this possible. Rutopía is building a bidirectional platform that allows people in rural villages to become successful tour providers in their own villages while giving travellers access to amazing and authentic travel experiences in the natural hidden paradises of the world. We are building out our engineering team and are looking for enthusiasts who have the skill, creativity, and motivation to work on a project like ours. At Rutopía, you will work with a multidisciplinary team in our offices in Coyoacán, Mexico City, committed to disrupt the current tourism industry and create a new business with clear positive economic and social impact. You will be able to have autonomy and authority to lead whole projects within Rutopia and grow as the startup grows. Also, you will learn from our amazing team of experienced mentors from around the world who guide our path and give us advice on hard problems. And last but not least, you will travel to these amazing and hidden paradises with different cultures and unbelievable landscapes, because they are our clients and their places are the inspiration for the work we do.
