Roo is a digital property marketplace that connects buyers (retail or institutional) directly to off-market homeowners who are open to offers. On Roo's marketplace a buyer can browse through all off-market homes and connect directly with a homeowner. When a match is made, the buyer and homeowner can transact directly through Roo without incurring costly agent commission fees. We do this by leveraging transaction-broker, who doesn't represent a single side of a transaction but simply provides guidance and hand holding through a transaction. What makes Roo's model attractive for both sides is that it allows both parties to split the savings, resulting in a cheaper purchase price for the buyer and increased take home profit for the seller.
Roo's marketplace is powered by a NLP search engine that allows home buyers to search for homes with the same flexibility and granularity that we have become accustomed to searching the web with Google.
