Here at Roo, we're changing the way veterinary relief works by empowering animal healthcare professionals. Our goal is to connect quality veterinary professionals with animal hospitals by providing a brand new online veterinary staffing platform and community. For years, our founders saw clinics whose clients' needs outpaced their ability to fulfill them, and saw veterinarians and vet techs working themselves to the bone at the mercy of everyone else's schedule. They also saw the need to introduce a staffing marketplace to the veterinary industry that reflects the changing nature of how people find and fill jobs, utilizing scalable technology.
