Romly aims to lead the charge into the future of the real estate industry by collecting, maintaining and distributing basic building data in open 3D formats. We construct digital twins of all kinds of buildings, our unique approach allows us to give all properties the benefits of an updated digital twin, no matter how small, big, old or new. It is estimated that 80% of all the buildings we will need by 2050 as already been built, and buildings are responsible for 40% of the carbon emissions globally today. To tackle this enormous task, we must rely on data, and today only a fraction of the building stock has updated, accurate, digital building information. Romly solves this by offering a new model for digitizing existing buildings as well as building an ecosystem of data driven service providers that deliver insights, control and operational tools for property owners, operators, tenants and suppliers.
