Innovation should take place in a bottom-up manner for a product to truly succeed with its vision. Our founders firmly believe in this principle, and it is espoused in everything we do. Each and everyone in our team are abreast with the long-term vision and the associated near term business objectives. This not only allows us to make the execution relevant and aligned to the company’s goals, but motivates us to go a step ahead and contribute to that roadmap. We do not count hours. We just make sure we have each other’s back in happy and tough times alike. Our work is driven by mutual trust and willingness to listen and learn. Growth in our team is not tied to your experience by years, but rather by your contributions to the product in fulfilling its vision, and your resourcefulness to your colleagues. Even before Covid-19, half our team always worked from home. Covid only meant that the rest of us followed suit to work from home, which did not matter much for us as we’re already accustomed to the ways. Post all this, we’d like to have each of our employees choose for themselves where they work from - home or office.
