• As a Product Owner, engage with stakeholders to understand their needs for NASIC processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) software, architectures, and networks.- Assist software architecture users as a Product Owner in developing and prioritizing requirements.- Advise software development team(s) as a Product Owner in understanding stakeholder requirements and delivering software and architecture which satisfies those requirements.- Develop and communicate product vision, goals, and deliverables to developers, technically diverse stakeholders, and Government customers.- Advise on incorporating software product development into cloud architectures.- Coordinate efforts across multiple development teams to facilitate common architecture solutions which apply across the NASIC enterprise.- Provide technical leadership and advice to the vision, design, and oversight of complex projects, spanning hardware and software solutions.- Apply systems engineering methodologies to enhance R&D and acquisition processes.- Other duties as assigned.

• Serve as the Data Engineering expert. Utilize technical expertise to plan, design, document, and implement requirements necessary for enterprise data engineering.
• Work as an analytical advisor to A9A leadership to include the Principal Technical Analyst, Deputy Chief Data Officer, and Chief Data Officer on a broad range of issues related to Center needs for data engineering and data analytics.

• Conduct research in the application of data science, including deep learning and complex statistical data analysis, for problems within microelectronic hardware security
• Perform all aspects of the data science lifecycle; gather requirements from non-data science technical staff, propose technical approaches, pre-process data, perform exploratory data analysis, model the data, critically evaluate performance of the model, and present findings

• Lead prototyping, development, and support transition of advanced OPIR data processing algorithms
• Evaluate and troubleshoot data processing, identify anomalies, and coordinate remediation strategies

• Conduct analysis, exploitation, and modeling of infrared and OPIR sensor data, including SBIRS systems.
• Develop, prototype, and implement advanced data processing algorithms in Python, MATLAB, and other analysis environments.

• Investigate hardware and software technologies to design network configurations that support the transition to modern cloud environments.
• Deliver a monthly Network Strategy Posture Report documenting progress on architectural designs and recommended technical standards

• Support prototyping, development, and support transition of advanced OPIR data processing algorithms
• Evaluate and troubleshoot data processing, identify anomalies, and coordinate remediation strategies

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, integrate, and deliver capabilities aligned with modernization priorities, including ELINT reporting improvements, EIM‑style modeling outputs, and multi‑tool interoperability

• Provide technical analysis and recommendations to translate requirements from the GIISR, user communities, and MAJCOMs into a cohesive capability roadmap aligned with COCOM CONOPs/requirements.

• Must have a Top Secret/SCI US Government Security Clearance- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering- Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio (Mechanical)- 15+ years' experience in facility mechanical engineering- Familiarity with ICD 705 construction- Extensive experience in HVAC and control systems design

• Must have a Top Secret/SCI US Government Security Clearance
• PMP Certification
