We want to form a new company with a good core group of game designers and mobile app developers. We want everyone to have an equity stake in the new company we form to develop our new app. We don't want you to just be a temporary hire and then on to your next job, we want you to stay with us for the long term. We believe if all the initial founding developers have an equity stake in the business that everyone will be more motivated to make the business succeed.
