Rimidi's flagship product, Diabetes+Me, is a cloud-based application that empowers individuals with diabetes, their health care providers and their care team to identify and close gaps in diabetes management, meet glucose targets and create a more efficient cycle of care.
The application leverages self-monitored glucose and lifestyle data to accurately predict an individual’s blood glucose profile and enables the health care provider to visualize the effects of treatment changes. Diabetes+Me restores control and removes the guesswork from diabetes management, helping to drive blood glucose levels into target range.
The Diabetes+Me software has been clinically tested and validated through decades of academic development as well as in the marketplace. It is easily integrated into existing health IT systems and clinical workflows and is designed to be white labeled as part of a larger diabetes management or population management platform.
