Rhavi Carneiro’s Fluency Academy careers

Today we’re a 30+ people company that offers 4 courses in 3 languages. A year ago we’ve offered 1 language. At the same time, next year we’ll have over 8 languages and many more courses.
This rapid growth will need great technology to back-it up. We’re quickly becoming a ed-tech and we’re investing heavily at the development of our own technology for our products.
We want to lead through excellence and tech. But that will only be possible with a strong tech team.
