We’re two founders building Rezolo around a problem we kept seeing in customer facing teams: too much time spent doing the work around a customer request instead of actually solving it.

Repetitive questions, scattered context, manual routing, searching for information and endless handovers add up quickly. We’re building Rezolo to simplify this layer of work with automation, AI and customer context.

The MVP is now built and we’re starting to put it in the hands of real teams. We’re still figuring things out, learning from users and shaping the product as we go.
