Head of Growth — ReyAI (Delhi NCR) Salary Range as per discussion with the applicant. ReyAI is India's first property listing platform with a marketing team built in. A broker uploads photos and gets a cinematic reel, a luxury brochure and a live listing page with its own enquiry form — in 10 minutes, in 11 Indian languages. Built by a founder with 11+ years in Delhi NCR real estate. We have a working product, paying customers and no distribution. That's the job. YOU WILL OWN ONE NUMBER: paying subscribers. Today it's few. In six months it needs to be 500. What that means day to day: — Build and run broker and builder outreach. Personally at first, then hire and manage two juniors. — Manage our ad agency. Brief them, judge the creative, kill what doesn't convert. — Do the meetings. Broker associations, builder channel partner heads, property expos. The founder is on product and won't be doing this. — Run creator partnerships. — Report weekly on signups, conversion, CAC and churn. Not activity — outcomes. You need: — 3+ years in Indian real estate sales, proptech, or B2B SaaS selling to SMBs — Genuine comfort walking into a broker's office and a builder's marketing meeting — Fluent Hindi and English — Someone who has carried a number before and can say what it was Helpful, not required: worked at 99acres, NoBroker, Housing, Square Yards, PropTiger, MagicBricks or similar. This is not a strategy role. There is no team to inherit. You will do the first hundred conversations yourself.
