Founded in 2022 by Denis Ivanov, the company has grown from a Bali-focused real estate operation into a diversified holding covering real estate development, hospitality, sports infrastructure, and wellness.

Current portfolio includes residential and commercial development projects in Bali, Bali's first premium padel resort, and a transparency-focused investor app launching in 2026 that provides real-time access to project metrics and financial data.

Revolt Group structures investments through a Hong Kong holding entity, separating operating risk from asset risk and providing international investors with institutional-grade transparency and governance.
