While fast growth has been exciting, it has also brought challenges. Our founding team has kept pace and driven growth, but we are at a point where we need a strong and capable CTO to solidify our success and guide the company in maintaining a robust scalable platform - handling millions of products from tens of thousands of merchants distributed to dozens of shopping comparison engines. Beyond their pure technical prowess, we hope our new CTO will fine-tune our agile development process and create a superb environment for our junior developers to excel and contribute. We obviously need fast learner who is able to manage and lead a development team to achieve results. We use PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and do lots of API integrations to process millions of products daily. Our product supports thousands of online merchants around the world and is built on top of leading ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento and Bigcommerce. Come help us finish the slam dunk we’ve already started. Responsibilities: ● Lead the tech team. ● Make technical decisions and work with the CEO. ● Mentor and train the technical and non-technical team. ● Focus on the big picture decisions for the product. ● Lead scrum activities (standups, backlog, etc.) and allocate tasks to the dev team. ● Ensure our product is built on good software engineering principles and practices. ● Ensure our software reliable, scalable and maintainable product. ● Creating future product roadmap. ● Provide recommendations on key technologies such as frameworks, libraries and other technical solutions.
