While restaurateurs are the only senior manager in their organization, they typically spend their days micromanaging non-strategic issues. Thus, they have no resource to prioritize their micro-tasks nor the time to delve into strategic topics, such as driving their performance. Resteo aims to solve the loneliness of restaurateurs, with the ultimate goal to provide them with a virtual executive manager, so they can save time and responsiveness. As a first step, Resteo helps restaurateurs pilot their business in a glimpse thanks to daily dashboards of advanced performance indicators. To do so, we developed a technology that can source data from any cashier system, even the offline one, in a glimpse.
