By bringing the best Medical Apps and Wearables right into the hands of doctors and patients, we're making people healthier and even saving lives! Imaging a world where Doctors not only prescribe medication, but the apps and wearables to go with them. For Diabetes this means prescribing Test Strips and an app to track glucose levels. For Heart Disease this means a medication to reduce cholesterol, an app to track sodium intake, and a wearable to track fitness. We are a team of six fun, enthusiastic and fast moving entrepreneurs. We have patents on our two products. We have a built-out development team. We already have a first version of the RxUniverse application completed. RxUniverse was released and is successfully in use at one of the largest medical institutions in the country. We have office space. We have a first investor who just cut us a check, and is using his contacts to fill out the rest of our pre-seed 350k raise. One of our cofounders has experience in the healthcare space, had an exit already, and was involved with two companies that raised 100M and 260M so far. Another cofounder is the head of the gastroenterology department at Mt. Sinai and he runs the Sinai App Lab developing Medical Apps.
