We’re a small company with no managers. So we need everyone who joins to be completely self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy. That doesn’t mean we don’t have processes or an organizational structure. It just means you will be expected to drive yourself forwards, make intelligent decisions and take ownership of your work

£1000 upon joining us (can be used on a new laptop, desk, chair etc.)

We value continuous learning. Each team member receives a budget for training and development

All expenses paid trip!

Every year ( will be Sept 2022), we all get together to work together and hangout. Past locations have been London, Budapest and Dublin.

Flexible hours/working

This isn't a clock in and clock out kind of place to work. We'll trust you to work during hours that are right for you (within 4 hours of GMT)
